Très bon séjour. Seul bemol : parking souterrain à 22 €/jour mais accessible avec ascenseur (impossible de trouver une place à proximité).
Chambre impeccable, spacieuse, bonne literie, grande salle de bain mais manquait porte-manteau et meuble pour poser les affaires. Moquette du couloir un peu défraîchie pour un 4 étoiles.
Buffet petit-déjeuner extrêmement copieux, personnel aux petits soins.

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral im Herzen des Skiortes. Skilift und Sportgeschäfte Fußbad zu erreichen.
Das Hotel ist ein 3 Sterne Hotel (Span.Andorra 4) und nicht zu empfehlen. Der Sauna Bereich ist komplett spartanisch eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Unkleide(Bunker), eine Plastik Dusche und die Nutzung der Sauna kostet 10€ extra pro Person (im Kleingedruckten aus Seite 2 vermerkt) - dazu noch die Pflicht eine Badekappe IN DER SAUNA ZU TRAGEN, diese kann gekauft werden - und die obligatorischen badeschuhe (kein Eintritt ohne) können auch gekauft werden. Da das Hotel von jungen Familien genutzt wird - ist ab 7:30 an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Das Zimmer hatte einen „herrlichen“ Ausblick - direkt vor dem Fenster eine graue Betonwand. Alles in Allem - würde ich das Hotel meiden.

estuvimos esperando 45 minutos a una hamburguesa y cndo la reclamamos no la habían empezado y nos dijeron que había un problema de el día anterior (nochevieja) hay habitaciones que no funciona bien la calefacción. parece limpio y la mayoría de empleados majos.

Hôtel très propre et récent à la Massana. Très mal insonorisé donc quand des gens sont bruyants dans les couloirs c’est difficile de dormir. Personnel agréable

Bajada de calidad
Otras veces tuvimos habitaciones más cómodas, en esta ocasión nos pusieron en la sexta planta, olor a humedad muy fuerte, a cloro de agua, las toallas no las cambiaron del cliente anterior y había dos sucias, me limité a dejarlas en el suelo para poner los pies, en general ya que solo fue 1 noche y media estancia, no reclamé, pero el sentimiento de comodidad por ser fin de temporada ha bajado
