Très bon séjour. Seul bemol : parking souterrain à 22 €/jour mais accessible avec ascenseur (impossible de trouver une place à proximité).
Chambre impeccable, spacieuse, bonne literie, grande salle de bain mais manquait porte-manteau et meuble pour poser les affaires. Moquette du couloir un peu défraîchie pour un 4 étoiles.
Buffet petit-déjeuner extrêmement copieux, personnel aux petits soins.

Muy buen hotel, bien situado y muy buena relación calidad precio, cabe destacar la calidad del bufette, en desayunos y cenas, mucha variedad y mucho cariño en esa cocina, a destacar las habas a la catalana, estofado de ternera, todo en general, lo recomiendo, volveremos!!

The hotel is ideally located close to the gondola. The rooms are ideal for relaxing after skiing, the service is nice and helpful, the food is very good, there is a nice bar where you can relax. The only downside is that my son had his 16th birthday and there was no reaction from the hotel. I have been to various hotels all over the world and on birthdays there is always some small or bigger surprise. Apart from that, everything is ok.

Servicio de habitaciones impecable, comida espectacular, ubicación ideal para subir a las pistas y personal muy amable. No puedo poner más palabras porque sobran las palabras, mejor ir. Es ya la tercera temporada que repito. Y encima tienen un pub que, sin salir del hotel, parece que estás en otro sitio. Un diez.

Love this hotel, second time back this year, staff are so helpful and friendly. Food, facilities and atmosphere are perfect for activity holidays. We have been skiing at this resort for the past few years and this hotel and the people here are a good part of the reason we came back.

Le personnel est au top ; souriant ; serviable et très sympathique, la nourriture est très bonne et variées. Il y en a pour tous les goûts . L’hôtel est très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille!
